Updates & Improvements
The login process is slightly different for those that do not remember their password. After five unsuccessful login attempts, there is now a brief cooldown period.
Bug Fixes
Calls to the PerSecData Endpoint were not working for wells without stage start/end flags. Calls now return available data for wells regardless of their stage mapping status.
New Features
API endpoints now support inbound data
The Well Data Labs Real-Time API now supports inbound data with endpoints for Stream Data, Events, Channels, Units, and new Streams. Check out the documentation at https://rtapi.welldatalabs.com.
New API endpoints
We’ve added endpoints for getting Operator GUID’s, Units, and Global Fields.
New API documentation
We’ve switched our API documentation to ReDoc! This will allow us to more easily update and maintain our API documentation.
Updates & Improvements
Deleted Custom Flags will no longer copy from your service companies
Previously, when a Custom Flag was deleted it could get recreated when data moved from service company to operator. This may come as a shock, but people were expecting those deleted flags to actually stay that way... so now, they will.
Bug Fixes
Charts were getting super upset sometimes and just refusing to load, which was honestly pretty rude of them. Thankfully this wasn’t encountered by a ton of users but to those who did, we’re sorry, it won’t happen again.
Some color options on Multi-Well Timeline and Stage Comparison weren’t being saved. Changing color options on those charts will be an exercise in futility no longer.
The grid on Pad Review was using stages without start and end times to calculate average pump and interstage times. This isn’t the first time these “stages” have caused problems, but hopefully it will be the last.
Some weirdness on Channel Mappings was allowing people to map the same channel to two different things. This is against the rules, and now those rules will be politely enforced to prevent future issues.
What’s New
Y-Axis splitting in Multi-Well Timeline
You asked, we answered. A separate Y-Axis can now be created for individual data channels in Multi-Well Timeline.
Channel Mappings got their very own API endpoint
Mapping channels is a big part of keeping your completions data neat and tidy. Get all of this data out of the app now through the Channel Mappings endpoint. Check out the documentation here!
The PerSecData endpoint got a brand new parameter
You can now include interstage data in your calls to this endpoint. You can read up on it here.
Updates & Improvements
Click through action from Pad Review to Multi-Well Timeline
Left click on any bar in the Pump Time chart in Pad Review to be brought directly to Multi-Well Timeline where you can check out all the detailed data for that day, just like magic.
We’ll now display units on stage headers for TVD, those are feet or meters depending on your account settings.
Bug Fixes
On Multi-Well Timeline, Global Fields were sneaking onto the chart with other data selections. This led to some weirdness, but has now been resolved.
The grid in Pad Review refused to display when well names that began with numbers were involved, it’ll now play nicely.
