If your data capture is no longer running and you see “No Data Received.  Please verify the data source is sending” displayed at the top of the screen, there are a couple of things to take a look at.

1.  The Fracpro simulator may have stopped:    

Verify the Fracpro simulator is running.  You will see this button in the Fracpro Job Control and it will read “Stop Simulator” if it is running.

If the simulator is not running, it will read “Run To End Of Data”.  Click on the button to restart the simulator and the WDL Client will begin capturing data again.

2.   WiFi Connection is lost:

You will notice that the data capture is longer running and after approximately 15 seconds, you see “No Data Received.  Please verify the data source is sending” at the top of the screen.

Check your WiFi connection and reconnect if necessary.
