If you need to send a Password Reset to one of your users, just follow the steps below:

From any window:

Select the Gear/User Name drop-down located on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.  Select Manage Users.

From the Manage Users page click on the user's name to open their Profile window.

 In the User Info box, click on the Send Password Reset button.

 A popup will ask you to confirm your decision. Click Send.

Once the Send button is clicked, a confirmation will display indicating that the email was sent. Click Close.
