Question:  I have have entered Comments and Custom Flags on all of my charts.  Will I be able to see them when I print my Editable Chart or Report to PDF?

Answer:  You won’t see your Custom Flags and Comments when you print Editable Charts or Reports to PDF’s.  However, the Summary Data Export is where you can create multi-job reports and see all of your data including Comments and Custom flags.

In this example, we have added a Custom Flag and a Comment to one of our the graph's.

Select Summary Data from the Export drop-down.

Select the Job or Jobs you would like to Export. Click Update.

Select the File Type, Columns and Rows and click Export.

Notice the Comments and Custom Flags tab on the spreadsheet.
