Updates & Improvements

  • We put a teeny tiny label on the Stage Header so you’ll know what True Vertical Depth is being measured in for calculated fields like Frac Gradient.

Bug Fixes

  • Those weekly notification emails that we all know and love were experiencing some hiccups getting sent out to our fast growing user base so we made sure to fix it while finding consolation in knowing we can’t help it that we’re so popular.
  • The grid on Pad Review got super upset when wells were selected that had names beginning in a number. If numeric well names are your thing, we’re sorry, they’ll work now.

What’s New

  • Pad Review got a new component! We’ve added a grid called “Pad Information” that has some basic stats on stage count, pump time, and interstage time for both your pad and the wells on it. We hope this will complement the existing charts and provide more valuable information on the status of your pad.

Updates & Improvements

  • In the bar chart on Pad Review, all time outside of stages was referred to as “Interstage Time.” With the addition of the Pad Information grid, we realized we’d used that phrase again in a different context so we decided to re-label it on the chart as “Non-Pumping Time” to avoid any confusion. Once again, we’ve been reminded of the importance of semantics.

What’s New

  • We added color options to the Scatter Plot!
    • Get your chart looking just how you like with three color options brand new to Scatter Plot: By Job, By Data Element, or By Data Element By Job. You may even recognize these from Stage Comparison.

Updates & Improvements

  • Frac Gradient will now get both a meter and calculated value to make it more consistent with similar fields.
    • A while back, we gave some special fields (Horsepower and Proppant Loading) the ability to have either or both a meter and a calculated value in addition to existing overrides. A calculated value will only appear if there is an override involved and will be marked by a gray carrot. We did this because these fields can be arrived at from meter data and that meter data can be overridden. Frac Gradient has now joined this elite club.

Bug Fixes

  • In more Frac Gradient news, turns out we were always assuming that the values to calculate it (ISIP and stage TVD) were in imperial units. That assumption was wrong, so we made it right for our friends on the metric system.
  • The “Comment Only” flag is a system choice that predates Custom Flags. They’re related, but not quite the same. As such, it shouldn’t be able to get merged. It was for a short time, but we fixed it and set things right for anyone who may have inadvertently merged it.
  • The app sends you to a specific page to get certain downloads (think WDL 1 Second Data). Once you’re there, the download typically starts automatically but in case it doesn’t, we put a handy link for you to start it on your own. Turns out this wasn’t so handy because it was broken...it is fixed now.
